Actsyl-L serum is hypoallergenic, non-irritating, and allergy-tested. However, please note that this formulation may cause a tingling sensation if contact is made with the eye. Please avoid direct contact with the eyes.
Directions for Use: Apply to the upper and lower eyelashes using the fine-tip precision brush. The eye area should be completely clean of any make-up, mascara or eye creams. Start from the inner corner of the eye and move outwards, directly on the base of your eyelashes. Use once daily in the evening before bedtime. Use for a minimum of at least 60 days as the eyelashes take longer to grow than other hair on your body.
